With a rare blend of experience in both the beauty industry and clinical medicine, JoAnne brings a depth of knowledge that sets her apart in the world of advanced aesthetics. She began her career as a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner, specializing in hair, makeup, and skincare. Driven by a fascination with science and healing, she pursued a path in medicine, earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Technology and a Master of Science in Pathology from Quinnipiac University. JoAnne gained extensive experience at prestigious institutions such as Yale New Haven Hospital, Columbia University Hospital, Baystate Medical, and Hartford Hospital, ultimately becoming an ASCP Board-Certified Pathologist Assistant in 2000.
Now based in Maine, JoAnne has seamlessly fused her passions for science and beauty. JoAnne offers a full suite of results-driven medical aesthetic treatments including HIFU lifting, PlasmaLift skin tightening, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation tailored to anti-aging and skin health. She is also a Board-Certified Permanent Cosmetics and Micropigmentation Specialist through the American Academy of Micropigmentation, trained at the renowned Beau Institute. Her specialties include brows, lips, eyeliner, areolar restoration, and advanced paramedical tattooing.

She lives in Falmouth with her husband, college-aged twins, and Labrador Retriever, and enjoys skiing, beach walks, lake days, fitness, and time with family and friends.
