Change The Way You See Yourself!
Permanent Cosmetics and Permanent Makeup is presently one of the most common and most acceptable facial enhancement procedures on the market today and is an ideal solution for both men and women of all ages. The natural appearing results can boost your confidence and save you time and money with daily makeup application and expenses. Just think……no more wasted time fixing your smudged makeup or looking at faded lip color, tired eyes, and/or thinning eyebrows! You can “Change the way you see yourself” and boost your confidence with little down time.
Here at Tint, safety and client satisfaction are top priority. I am a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Specialist as well as a Board Certified Pathologist Assistant (ASCP,PA,MT) with an undergraduate in Medical Technology. I have extensive, formal medical experience with the skin and it’s epidermal, dermal, and skin appendage components. My Studio is licensed by the Maine State Health and Saftey Department and follows Maine State Health and OSHA guidelines. I am also Blood Bourne Pathogen certified and take cleanliness very serious. Sterile needles, including both Microblades and Digital hairstroking needles are used on each individual client and discarded after each procedure.
When it comes to instrumentation, I employ a State-of–the-Art German made digital instrument, the Noveau Contour Intelligent. This instrument allows for ultimate precision and accuracy, key to achieving the best possible outcome. The adjustable speed along with the up and down motion of the needle allows for superior pigment deposition and retention without overworking the skin. The light weight hand tool is similar in appearance to a pen and provides the ability to move freely at any angle while sketching and designing each client individually. Sterile, individual needles attach to the end of the hand tool and are discarded after each procedure. Each needle is different in angle and configuration and allows for 3-Dimensional, feathered hair strokes, detailed sketching, and soft shading of brows, eyes and lips. The final result is a new, beautiful, and natural looking you.
Wake Up To Makeup!
I also use only the top of the line facial pigments. “Face inks” are high quality pigments made in the U.S. and designed specifically for permanent cosmetics. There a several beautiful colors allowing me to customize the perfect pigment for each individual client with decreased off color fading. Pigment selection ranges from subtle, soft natural tones to bold or brighter tones and are chosen to compliment your skin color, skin undertones, eye, and hair color. This decision is made together and approved by you before your procedure begins. Although there is insufficient data to support the reliability of a “Scratch Test” and it’s guarantee to rule out an allergic reaction to the pigment, I do offer it to clients at no charge if they prefer to check for the possibility of an immediate reaction to the pigment. It is extremely rare for anyone to have a severe reaction.
I invite you to explore the website, check out specifics in the “Procedure Section”, and familiarize yourself with the various services offered. I recommend you book a consultation and visit the studio so we can determine if Permanent Makeup is for you. Please call in advance of booking your appointment if you have any questions, including when physician approval is needed.
